Where did I go wrong? student self-assessment tool

Worksheet to guide students in post-assignment reflection when work has been flagged as questionable in any way.

This worksheet guides students in self-reflection of their work process and final product after an assignment has been completed and subsequently flagged for issues questioning its integrity and authenticity. In particular, this worksheet allows educators to gain insight into where students may have strayed off course during an assignment, allowing them to then use that information during student-educator conferences on the subject.
